Management team acquires Klas Telecom

Goodbody advised the Lynam family on the sale of the business to the management team, backed by a US family office.

Klas Telecom was founded by Harry Lynam and his family as a telecom components supplier to the US defense sector. Over time, the business developed into a full scale manufacturer and distributor of secure, ruggedised satellite communications systems used for first in telecoms in hostile environments.
