A lawyer; she specialises in capital market law, including, in particular, in the provision of services to investment fund companies and brokerage houses.

She gained her experience in Polish financial institutions and in Luxembourg, where she gave advice on the processes related to creating and operating investment structures, carrying out and structuring deals entered into by Polish and foreign funds. She also coordinated numerous processes related to the current operation of the funds. She has practical experience in the area of implementations and use of new regulations in the financial market and compliance-related processes.

She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, where she studied law and won the prize for the best Master’s thesis on investment funds in a competition organised by the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management. She completed her lawyer’s training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, crowned by a positive result of the bar exam.

Fluent speaker of English. She is also a user of French and Italian.
