Advocate, she specializes in capital market law, including, in particular providing services for investment funds, investment fund companies (TFI) and brokerage houses.

She gained her experience in Polish financial institutions and in Luxembourg, where she participated in processes related to the creation and operation of investment structures as well as the execution and structuring of transactions concluded by Polish and foreign private equity funds. As an in-house lawyer, she managed teams of lawyers and coordinated numerous processes related to the day-to-day operations of investments structures and funds.

She advises companies on their day-to-day operations, including in particular venture capital investments.

She has practical experience in the area of implementations and use of new regulations in the financial market and compliance-related processes.

She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków with A (very good) grade, where she studied law. She won the prize for the best Master’s thesis on investment funds in a competition organized by the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management. She completed her lawyer’s training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, crowned by a positive result of the bar exam.

Fluent speaker of English. She is also a user of French and Italian.
