Legal adviser. She gained her professional experience at renowned law firms in Kraków, advising businesses and private clients. In her work, she combines legal analysis with a business perspective, seeking solutions that clients can realistically implement.
She specialises in criminal, civil and commercial matters, as well as providing day-to-day advice to businesses. She represents clients before the courts and administrative bodies. Her litigation experience in criminal cases enables her to identify risks to management boards and owners at an early stage and to factor these into her recommendations. She has also been involved in handling public offerings and share issues by companies.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, she completed her studies with distinction. She completed her legal trainee programme at the Kraków Bar Association and passed the legal adviser’s examination in 2025. She works in Polish and English, including legal English. She is the author and co-author of academic publications in the field of public international law.
In her spare time, she is passionate about sport and travel.
