De Wave completed the acquisition of Precetti

Fineurop Soditic advised De Wave on the acquisition (and financing) of Precetti.

De Wave S.r.l. is a global leader in the maritime interior sector and is constantly expanding its service offering and global reach. De Wave builds new and refits cabins, bathroom units and public areas for cruise ships, ferries, yachts, naval vessels and oil & gas vessels.

Precetti Inc. is an American company based in Miami, Florida, that uses advanced technologies to build and refit cabins and suites, wet spaces, public areas, indoor and outdoor restaurants on board cruise ships and ferries. It also outfits galleys, storage rooms and self-service bars.

Based in Italy, the partner of Precetti Inc. is a marine service company, Precetti Srl, which has been designing, manufacturing and installing interiors and marine catering systems for 60 years. The company supplies a range of stainless steel products, custom-made furniture, decorative materials, stainless bulkheads and deck heads for catering areas. It manufactures panels and doors for provision stores, modular cabins and wet units in B15, walls and ceilings.

The transaction aims to create a leading group in the "interior design" market for large ships with a global presence in all the main hubs of the sector from the Mediterranean area to the United States to the Asian area and being able to face the market challenges of this market which represents Italian excellence in the world.
