Experian takes control over Axesor’s business information division

The transaction will allow Experian to (i) create the first fully holistic platform for consumers and SMEs, (ii) complement consumer information operations in Spain and (iii) combine innovative capabilities and technologies worldwide

The transaction has included a carve-out of other highgrowth Axesor subsidiaries (i.e. Axesor 360 and the Rating Agency). These will remain under the control of the Seller.
