AMEOS Group acquires the specialized healthcare company Röpersberg Group in northern Germany

Hamburg Commercial Bank successfully advised the Röpersberg Group on its sale to the Swiss AMEOS Group. The Röpersberg Group is a specialized healthcare company in the fields of psychosomatic rehabilitation, Alzheimer's therapy, oncological rehabilitation as well as care and living for elderly people in Ratzeburg, Schleswig-Holstein. The Swiss AMEOS Group is a provider of acute hospitals and one of the largest private providers of psychiatric facilities in Europe.
