A solicitor, she advises large businesses, including public companies, on commercial law, company law and capital markets law. She leads restructuring projects, changes in ownership structure—including M&A—and the implementation of incentive schemes for boards and senior management. She is highly regarded for combining regulatory advice with business and tax considerations.
She gained her experience at a renowned Polish consultancy firm and during an internship at an international law firm in Madrid. She is recognised in The Legal 500 ranking as a Recommended Lawyer in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A sector. Author of articles in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and a speaker at webinars and training sessions for listed companies, management boards and supervisory boards.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław; she studied at the Université Côte d’Azur in Nice as part of the ERASMUS programme.
She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
In her private life, she is a lover of animals, plant-based cuisine, literature, photography and travel.
