Marcin Dobras is a legal adviser who assists employers, HR departments and management teams in navigating the field of employment law, both in day-to-day operational matters and in challenging situations such as collective disputes, court proceedings and workforce restructuring.
Employment law changes rarely, but when it does, the changes can be fundamental. That is why he regards sound advice as an integral part of risk management, rather than a reaction to a crisis that has already arisen.
His areas of practice include:

→ HR documentation – regulations, employment contracts, executive contracts, B2B agreements
→ cooperation with trade unions and negotiations
→ representation in labour law disputes before the courts
→ compliance and anti-bullying procedures
A law graduate of the University of Wrocław. He completed his legal trainee programme at the Wrocław Bar Association (2022–2024) and passed the legal adviser’s examination (2025).
He also advises in English at C1 level.
