A legal adviser with extensive experience in providing legal services to entities in both the public and private sectors, giving him an excellent understanding of business needs whilst being familiar with the specific nature and operating principles of public administration.
A former employee and subsequently a lawyer responsible for providing legal services and advice to an intermediary institution involved in the implementation and management of a section of a regional operational programme dedicated to entrepreneurs. He also served as a state aid specialist/coordinator of subsidised projects within a group of companies in the chemical industry. He gained experience at a law firm serving businesses and public institutions. He practised as a legal adviser, providing legal services to, amongst others, the Łukasiewicz Research Network Institute, the GDDKIA Branch in Wrocław, a company managing a special economic zone, and one of the key healthcare providers in Lower Silesia. He served as a public procurement expert at the European Projects Service Centre of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration.
A graduate of law at the University of Wrocław. A legal adviser registered with the Wrocław Bar Association. He completed postgraduate studies in accounting and financial control at the Wrocław University of Economics.
His main areas of legal practice include: commercial law, public procurement law, administrative law, employment law, medical law and state aid.
